Clear Mind Counseling, LLC is licensed by the state of North Carolina to provide DWI services. Below is a detailed listing of the DWI services we provide:
DWI Assessment- An in-depth, confidential clinical interview along with a national standardized questionnaire will be used to determine the need for, and level of, education or treatment services. State regulations mandate that a Substance Abuse assessment is valid for only 6 months. Determined level of treatment (short-term or long-term) or education (ADETS) must be started prior to 6 months from the date of the assessment or a new assessment will be required at a full cost of $100. This fee is established by the Legislature of the State of NC. Please contact us about Out of State DWI’s
To complete your assessment and get you started, you will need to bring the following:
- DWI assessment fee of 100.00(Cash, Money Order, or Credit Card. We do not accept personal checks)
- Breathalyzer reading
- Copy of citation/ticket
ADETS/PRIME FOR LIFE Classes (16 hours)
Clear Mind Counseling LLC does not offer ADETS/PRIME FOR LIFE. However, we are happy to refer out to other providers if this is the recommended level of treatment.
Short-term Outpatient Treatment (20-39 hours)
The duration of this level of treatment is determined based on the results of your assessment, and the in accordance with the guidelines that have been issued by NCDWI Services. Short-term outpatient treatment is a minimum of 20 hours and no more than 39 hours, to be completed in no less than 30 days but no more than 45 days. Clear Mind Counseling, LLC provides this level of treatment on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and evenings, 10:00am-12:noon and from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
Long-Term Outpatient Treatment (40-89 hours)
The duration of this level of treatment is determined based on the results of your assessment, and the in accordance with the guidelines that have been issued by NCDWI Services. Long-term outpatient treatment is a minimum of 40 hours and no more than 89 hours, to be completed in no less than 60 days but no more than 90 days. Clear Mind Counseling, LLC provides this level of treatment on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and evenings, 10:00am-12:noon and from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
